Shipping policy

Everything ships from Point Pleasant, NJ — right here at the Jersey Shore. I ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Processing time

It depends on what you ordered.

In-stock pieces are packed and handed off to the carrier within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces take longer — typically 3–6 weeks from the time you order. I'll always give you a more specific timeline at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

If you're ordering something for a specific date (a birthday, a holiday, a housewarming), email me before you order and I'll let you know if it's doable.

Once your order ships

You'll get a tracking number by email. Standard transit from there is usually 3–7 business days depending on where you are. Hawaii and Alaska can take a day or two longer.

A few more things:

Pottery travels in serious packaging. Every piece is wrapped like it's crossing an ocean — because sometimes it basically is. I use foam, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes. Breakage in transit is rare, but it does happen. See the refund policy if it happens to you.

Shipping timeframes are estimates. Carriers have their own timelines, especially around the holidays. Once a package is in their hands, it's out of mine — but I'm always happy to help you track something down if it goes quiet.
